The 8hr package provides a cost effective professional facility and ensures the best working environment for your delegates.

24 hour package

The 24hr package provides a cost effective professional facility and overnight accommodation for your delegates.

Package includes:

• Overnight stay prior to the event

• Three course dinner including a glass of wine

• Full Scottish breakfast

• Hire of appropriate Conference suite

• Tea and coffee on arrival, mid-morning and afternoon

• 3 course lunch in the hotel restaurant or a buffet which can be served in the conference suite

Conference Rooms

The Avonbridge offers a choice of two flexible suites:

  • La Gran’ Sala (3640 square ft, fitting up to 200 delegates)
  • The Primavera Suite (685 square ft, fitting up to 80 delegates)

CATERING

Lunch can be served at the Apron Restaurant in The Avonbridge Hotel, or buffet-style in any of the Meeting or Conference Rooms.

Delegates will have a choice of three courses from the lunch menus.
